this place is to ...

this place is to teach u technics . not how to save on prims on a fire hydrant... yes that is a lot of prims but it teaches u technics.. the Ivory Tower of Primitives is the best place to learn prim building in sl.. start at the beginning of the self paced tutorial and do all the exercises in the sand box out side of the tower. when your done with them all you will have a insight on how it all works and short cuts . almost like a magician giving you the book of magic tricks!!

Great place to visit.

IToP is a great ...

IToP is a great place. I'm relatively new to SL and I visit frequently to get ideas on customizing prims. It also points out the limitations when you want to conserve primcount. I guess that's helpful in a way as well ;) You can just left-click the arrows to navigate up or down a level. There's a section there still under construction which I'm looking forward to seeing floating text or a notecard for. Hopefully someday soon...
