Считается что данное упражнение эффективно расширят грудную за счет растяжения межреберных хрящей. По крайней мере таково классическое мнение о воздействии пулловера на увеличение окружности груди. Методика дыхательных пулловеров: 1. Выполните 20 глубоких и полных приседаний с легкой штангой на плечах, заставьте легкие мощно заработать. 2. Сразу же, не отдыхая лягте поперек горизонтальной скамьи, чтобы голова была на весу а плечи лежали на скамье. 3. Возьмите гантель двумя руками, за нижнюю часть верхнего диска, и держите ее в чуть согнутых руках прямо над лицом. 4. Опустив гантель вниз сделайте максимальный вдох, и ощутите как на вдохе растягиваются ваши мышцы. 5. Опустив гантель на уровень ниже вашей головы, следите за тем чтобы ягодицы не поднимались вверх, выше аналогичного уровня, выгибайте грудь как можно больше. 6. Поднимая гантель вверх, выполните выдох. Academy Award-winning writer-director Paul Haggis (Crash, Million Dollar Baby), whose own personal efforts as well as those of Artists for Peace and Justice have already saved countless lives in Haiti, filmed the private recording session to create the accompanying video and behind-the-scenes production, and serves as Film Director and as an Executive Producer with Jones, Richie, Jean, Phillips and Tortorici. The 25th Anniversary recording features over 80 artists and performers. The recording of We Are The World 25 For Haiti embodied the same enthusiasm, sense of purpose and generosity as the original recording 25 years ago.
